Prices for rooms and apartments
We rent our apartments by the week. The price starts from 455€ a week, and it changes according to the season and the guests number.
For the bed & breakfast service in the rooms, the price is from 35€ a night, per person.

Information
Check-in: from 11 am to 8 pm
Check-out: by 9 am
Breakfast: from 7.30 am to 10.30 am
Bookings and payment
We accept all cards (Bancomat, credit cards).
You can book online, by phone or by email. The confirmation is sent upon receiving the down payment of 30% of the total sum. The remaining is paid upon your arrival.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation is free up until 15 days from the arrival. In case of COVID related cancellation within 15 days from your arrival, don't worry, you can use the holiday reservation in another part of the year. If you want an insurance, we offer you the INSURED HOLIDAY (contact us for more information).
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is 1,50€ a day per person, except kids under 14 years for stays longer than 10 nights.
Family
Our holiday farm is family friendly. The private garden and the nearby public playground are ideal spaces where kids can play freely. Upon request we can arrange for a crib or a cradle, a bottle warmer and trekking backpack.
Trentino Guest Card
Trentino guest card is our gift to the guest so you can discover the greatest attraction Trentino has to offer, and travel for free. Find out more.
Animals
Your dogs or small animals are more than welcome in our place, we ask for an additional price of 10€ a day (max 1 dog per room or apartment). We'd be grateful if you could bring along a blanket and your animal's bed. For hygienic reasons it's not possible to bring them in the breakfast room.
